A dozen people saw a UFO during a storm in August of 1971. As for the police, the laughed it off. Below is the clipping from The Times (Streator, Illinois).
Were you there? Did you witness it, or were you one of those that laughed it off. The arm waving a light is strange. Could it have been a helicopter searching for something?
